客户安全防范指引(中英文对照)

保安及防盗

保安员:

(一)小区的主入口均由保安员廿四小时守卫,而各栋楼大堂均有摄像枪廿四小时监控录像。

(二)保安员(来自:www.fangchanshe.com)负责在本小区范围内作廿四小时巡逻。

(三)管理公司设有保安控制中心,并派员廿四小时当值,处理任何紧急事故。

保安设备:

本小区都装置齐备保安仪器以确保各公共地方安全,包括:

·每一栋楼宇正门入口处均设置智能卡,阅读器。

·楼宇入口处及电梯轿箱内亦装有闭路电视机。

防止罪案,扑灭罪行:

(一)如发现可疑人物或事物,请立即通知保安员或保安中心。

(二)不要随便开门给陌生人。

(三)应慎防他人 伪称是政府人员或公共机构职员而进户检查。

(四)避免在家中藏放贵重物品。

Security and Crime Prevention:

Security:

(1)Security Guards will be stationed at the main entrance of the Estate around the clock.

(2)Security Guards will patrol the Estate around the clock.

(3)A supervisor in-charge will be stationed in the Security Center to handle any emergency.

Security Equipment:

The Estate is equipped with comprehensive security equipment including C.C.T.V. system to ensure a high standard of security for public areas. They include:

·Smart Card Security System at each tower

·C.C.T.V. camera positioned at the building entrance and inside lifts

Crime Prevention, Fighting Crime:

(1)Report to Security Guard or the Security Center if you see anything or any suspicious person causing danger to owners/residents.

(2)Do not open doors to strangers.

(3)Inspect identification cards of persons claiming to be employees of utility companies or Government etc.

(4)Please avoid keeping valuables at home.

防火:

遇到火警时:

遇到火警请保持镇定及在安全的情况下遵照以下步骤行事:

·打破(来自:www.fangchanshe.com)走廊的消防警钟玻璃,及通知邻居防范。

·拨电话[119]报警或通知保安中心。切勿假设别人已采取此项行动。

·关上所有气体燃料及电力总掣。

 

;·关上所有门窗。

·只用楼梯疏散

切勿使用电梯。

步行!切勿奔跑!

·请注意天台并非走火通道。

Fire Prevention:

In Case of Fire:

Keep calm and take the following actions if they do not place you in danger:

·Break the glass of the fire alarmsituated in the lift lobby and alert neighbors by shouting;

·Dial 119 or inform. the SecurityCenter. Do not assume that someone else has done so;

·Switch off the gas and electricitysupplies;

·Close all doors and windows;

·Only use staircase for evacuation

DO NOT USE THE LIFTS.

Walk! Do Not Run!

·Roof top is not an escape access.

液化石油气泄漏处理:

每个单位均有液化石油气供应。假如您怀疑有泄漏的情况,请立即:

·关掉液化石油气的供应总掣。

·打开门窗以便空气流通。

·切勿开动或关掉任何电器,及切勿使用电话及门铃,因为可能会引起火花。

·向液化石油气公司报告事件,然后通知保安中心。

Gas Leakage Handling:

Every unit is supplied with Town Gas. If you suspect a gas leak, you should:

· turn off the main gas supply;

·open doors and windows forventilation;

·not switch on/off any electricalappliances, or use the telephone/door bell as these may cause a spark; and

·report the incident to the Town Gasand the Security Center.

防风:

当悬挂台风讯号时,应立即:

·确保所有门窗都已关好。

·除掉或固定所有容易被风吹倒的物件。

台风讯号牌将会在入口的大堂内展示。

白色台风信号:

警惕台风对当地的影响。

绿色台风信号:

做好防风准备。

黄色台风信号:

进入防风状态。幼儿园、托儿所停课。

红色台风信号:

进入紧急防风状态。中小学停课。

黑色台风信号:

进入特别紧急防风状态。停课停业。

Typhoon Precaution

Wh

en typhoon signal is hoisted, you should immediately:

·make sure that all windows are properly secured;

·remove all loose objects;

Typhoon signal signboards will be displayed at the main lift lobby.

White Typhoon Signal:

Alert that there is a typhoon.

Green Typhoon Signal:

Arrange precaution measures.

Yellow Typhoon Signal:

All precautionary measures should be ready. Kindergarten and nursery suspend classes.

Red Typhoon Signal:

Emergency state. Middle school and primary school suspend classes.

Black Typhoon Signal:

Dangerous state. All schools and business closed.
